Mothers day is always celebrated on the second Sunday of May. It was created by Anna Jarvis in West Virginia, as a day to honor mothers and motherhood and is now celebrated on different dates around the world. It has became so popular and commercialized in some countries that many consider it as a “Hallmark Holiday!”

It’s traditional to give chocolates, flowers, and cakes and for those who can afford it, pampering spa days, dinner or even jewelery.
