Terms & Conditions
1) Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Free Ticket Consumer Promotion (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2) The Promoter is UM Direct PTY Limited (“UM Direct”) ABN 65139669248 of 29/18 Wolseley Street, Drummoyne, NSW, 2047, Ph (02) 91146715 (“Promoter”).
3) The Promotion is open between 12:01am (AEDST) 4/01/2010 and 11:59pm (AEDST) 31/12/2010 (“Promotion Period”).
4) Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over and who fulfil the entry requirements in paragraph 6 below (“Eligible Entrant”).
5) Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
6) To be eligible to enter, individuals must complete the registration form located at www.freeticketgiveaway.com and agree (“Opt-In”) to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Eligible Entrants that complete the registration form will be deemed Active Subscribers (“Active Subscriber”). Eligible Entrants must continue to be Active Subscribers and must not unsubscribe (“Unsubscribe”) in order remain as an Eligible Entrant during the Promotion Period.
7) There will be twelve (12) prize draws conducted for the Promotion. Eligible Entrants can receive entries, during the Promotion Period in the following ways:
(i) One (1) entry will be awarded by completing the registration form.
(ii) Upon completion of the registration form, the Eligible Entrant may receive a registration confirmation e-mail. One (1) entry will be awarded for clicking on the link in that email to confirm their registration details;
(iii) During the Promotion Period the Eligible Entrant will receive promotional emails from the Promoter inviting them to undertake an action for a bonus entry. One (1) entry will be awarded for completing the task or instructions outlined in that email;
(iv) One (1) entry will be awarded for each friend referred by an Eligible Entrant via the ‘refer a friend’ function on www.freeticketgiveaway.com. To refer a friend, an Eligible Entrant must enter their friend’s unique valid email address. Each referred friend will receive an email from the Eligible Entrant inviting them to enter. Eligible Entrants warrant that they will only refer the Promotion to friends who are Australian residents aged 18 or over and who would normally consent to receiving such emails from the Eligible Entrant. The Promotion may only be referred to a friend’s unique, valid email address once.
8 ) Eligible Entrants must continue to be an Active Subscriber up until the closing date of a particular prize draw in order to receive entries in that draw.
9) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for;
(i) any late, lost or misdirected entries; or
(ii) instances where Eligible Entrants are not automatically entered into the draw due to forces beyond the Promoter’s control.
10) Entries into each draw close at 11:59pm (AEST/AEDST, as applicable) on the dates specified in the table below. Draws will take place at m.Net Corporation Limited, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, SA, Australia 5000, in accordance with state permit authority regulations at 4.00pm (SA time) on the dates specified below. All entries received prior to the close date of a particular draw will be entered into that draw, Entries in each draw will not roll over into subsequent draws. If an Eligible Entrant Unsubscribes, their entries will not roll over. If an Eligible Entrant who has Unsubscribed subsequently re-registers, their former entries will not be reused and the Eligible Entrant will need to accrue new entries moving forward, in accordance with Clause 7. There are 345 individual prizes to be awarded. Prizes to be awarded in each draw are outlined in the table below and will be awarded in descending order of value, from most valuable to least valuable.

11) The total prize pool is valued at AU$45,420.
12) Eligible Entrants will be notified within two (2) working days if they are a winner by telephone and e-mail.
13) Prize winners will be required to provide the Promoter with their delivery address details to facilitate delivery and acceptance of the prize.
14) Prize winners deem acceptance of such terms and conditions as may be imposed by its issuer from time to time. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming any voucher or pass are not included. Any unused balance of any voucher or pass will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of any voucher or pass is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher or pass.
15) Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter.
16) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
17) If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the rights (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
18) The Promoter, their related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the marketing of this promotion, or the receipt or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
19) If a prize or any part of a prize cannot, in the opinion of the Promoter, be provided for any reason, then the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize or part of a prize (including to an alternative destination) to approximately the same value as that part of the prize being replaced, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority.
20) The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming a prize. Subject to any written direction given under applicable law, the Promoter may instruct Mnet Group, Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide to conduct a redraw from all entries received and will be held at 2.00pm (SA Time) on the dates listed below. Winners (if any) will be notified via telephone and email..

21) If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under relevant lottery legislation) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion
22) The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or any combination thereof, including but not limited to any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
23) In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions under relevant lottery legislation) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
24) Privacy Consent. Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. To provide you with this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each Eligible Entrant. If the Eligible Entrant does not provide the information requested, the Promoter may not be able to provide the Eligible Entrant with entry into the Promotion.
25) The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and continued participation in this promotion) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, who is engaged in unlawful or other misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion or who tampers with the entry process. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
26) The result of the prize draws and of any unclaimed prize draw(s) is final, and no correspondence shall be entered into.
27) The winners agree to participate in the winners publicity activities as requested and will be required to provide a testimonial and photo which will be published on www.freeticketgiveaway.com
